ISPI Next -- Complete, fully-supported, on-site BMW diagnostic and programming equipment in your workshop.

API International, Inc. is the official BMW supplier for independent service centers. We deliver pre-configured ISPI Next hardware, on-site installation and configuration, and provide support with API's Help Desk and Hot Swap Services.

If your shop isn't ready for ISPI Next, you can also use the web-based Online Service System to diagnose and program vehicles.

Equipment

The ISPI Next system includes:

Network Accessible Storage (NAS) device for storing BMW software updates,
ISSS Next (small form factor desktop PC) and/or ISID Next (toughbook laptop) for diagnostics and programming, and
BMW ICOMs (can be purchased as needed) to connect to vehicles.

A layer 3 network switch may be needed to meet the ISPI Next Readiness Requirements.

ISPI Next readiness activities to confirm your network configuration and bandwidth,
On-site installation and configuration,
BMW ISPI Next Annual License (for each ISSS Next and ISID Next), and
API Help Desk and Hot Swap Services (for each ISSS Next and ISID Next).
