API International provides independent workshops access to BMW Group technologies for use with the BMW Technical Information System (TIS) Online Service System (OSS) or with ISPI Next. API can procure genuine BMW ICOM devices.

With a subscription to BMWTechInfo.com, your workshop can use web-based Online Service System to diagnose and program vehicles as well as access technical and training manuals. Subscriptions, support, and payments are handled by BMW on the BMW TIS website at BMWTechInfo.com.

For the Online Service System, you won't need an ISSS or ISID. You'll need a Windows PC that meets the system requirements in the user guide at BMWTechInfo.com. Windows 10 is now supported by BMW Online Service System.

The Online Service System allows your workshop PC to communicate over the Internet with BMW's servers. Diagnostic and programming data is downloaded to your PC and sent through the ICOM to the vehicle.
