Shipping and processing on all orders is 6%. This covers processing the order as well as shipping the purchase via best possible means to the customer.
In general, sealed item returns can be made up to 30 days from the invoice date. Returns, including those for on opened items and broken items, vary by manufacturer. Call API International immediately to get information about the items you need to return or replace. If you cancel your order before the shipment is processed, a full refund can be granted, minus any fees incurred.
An authorized account with the API Dealer Technology Store is required to order from the website. After you've registered for an account, your information will be reviewed before the account is authorized. You will be notified once authorization is granted.
